This compact M.2 module integrates the powerful METIS AI processor, delivering up to 214 TOPS of AI performance. Designed for edge AI applications, it features up to 2GB of onboard RAM and supports PCIe Gen 3.0 with up to 4 lanes for fast data throughput. Available in a 22x80 mm form factor, it comes with an integrated thermal dissipation solution and uses a B+M key interface, ensuring broad compatibility with embedded and industrial systems. It operates in a temperature range from -25°C to 85°C (extended temperature support down to -40°C currently under development). Ideal for accelerating computer vision, predictive maintenance, and intelligent automation workloads. |
