Das Carrier-Trizeps-pConXS-III ist eine Weiterentwicklung des pConXS und wurde für das SOM-Trizeps-VIII -Sortiment optimiert. Es verfügt über aktuelle High-Speed Schnittstellen wie Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, PCIe Express, welche einen hohen Datendurchsatz für datenintensive Applikationen erzielen, sowie über digitale und analoge Kamera-Anschlüsse. i-MOD-Anschlüsse ermöglichen eine einfache und kostengünstige Einbindung weiterer Schnittstellen. Verschiedenste TFT Touch Displays können über HDMI, LVDS, RGB Display-Schnittstellen angeschlossen werden.
